Information Collection

Because we use an email/contact-only request model, any information you choose to send by email (including your email address and message contents) is transmitted directly to our operator-controlled email inbox. We do not use an application database or backend to capture or store this data.

Data Handling & Warnings

Do not send sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial details at this first stage. Users should only send brief, general request details. All requests are manually reviewed by the Eazy OS Clinic operator. Requests sent by email will be handled through the operator’s chosen email provider. Email may still involve personal data processing, so privacy, retention, deletion, and access-control rules must be followed.

Retention & Deletion

We maintain strict operator-controlled email handling. We will routinely delete request emails that are declined, abandoned, or no longer necessary for an active consultancy relationship.

Compliance Note

We aim to use data minimisation and will complete the ICO/data-protection fee self-check before accepting real client intake. If required, Eazy OS Clinic will register/pay the applicable ICO fee before live client processing.
