The exact scope, pricing, delivery format, and expected timeline are confirmed before work begins. Services may be delivered through written communication, video call, private review, or agreed digital materials depending on the engagement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Where online payment is used, payments may be processed securely by Stripe or another agreed payment provider. We do not store or have access to full customer card details.

Work may begin only after payment, written approval, or another agreed confirmation has been received.

4. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the service category, scope, availability, and complexity of the operating problem. Any expected response times, session times, deliverables, or follow-up terms will be confirmed before work begins.

Eazy.OS Clinic will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the agreed scope and timeline, provided the client supplies the necessary information and access in a timely manner.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the agreed service, whether work has begun, and whether any materials, review, session time, or consultancy output has already been delivered.

Once work has begun or materials have been delivered, payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Eazy.OS Clinic is unable to deliver an agreed service, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution will be offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, and make your own decisions about how to use any systems, workflow support, or operational guidance provided.

You remain responsible for your business, tools, accounts, data, compliance obligations, and implementation choices.

7. No Regulated Professional Advice

Eazy.OS Clinic does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice. All support is intended for systems, workflow, operational clarity, and execution support only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eazy.OS Clinic is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, lost revenue, data loss, missed opportunities, or issues arising from misuse, incomplete information, third party tools, or client implementation choices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Intellectual Property

Frameworks, structures, documents, systems, diagrams, and materials created by Eazy.OS Clinic remain the intellectual property of Eazy.OS Clinic unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may use delivered materials internally for their own work or business unless a different licence or usage restriction is agreed.
